Bar Delivery

We strive to provide our customers with the best experience possible and want to ensure your Rowdy Bars show up to you the way they’re meant to be consumed. To maintain this level of quality, all orders are packed with ice packs and shipped cold.

However, due to the natural ingredients in our bars, they will melt if in the heat for an extended time. Please be mindful of this. Our bars are made with real chocolate and will melt easily. Our bars are able to be stored in the refrigerator if they have sat in the heat for an extended period of time. There may be an oily texture to them from sitting in the heat for an extended period of time, however this is normal. If you have questions please reach out to howdy@rowdybars.com.

Shipping Costs

We use USPS for all of our shipments. Shipping costs are automatically generated based on your order weight and delivery location.

Cancellation/Change Policy

We only accept order changes or cancellations for orders that have not started processing. We accept and handle all changes or cancellations for unprocessed orders during normal business hours (M-F, 9am-5pm PST). For help with an unprocessed order, please reach out to howdy@rowdybars.com.
